How we collect and verify reviews

Reviews on dlakota.com are collected with the Judge.me app. After an order is shipped, we email the buyer a request to review the products they bought. Reviews marked "Verified" come from customers whose purchase was confirmed by an order in our store.

Some reviews were imported from our offers on Allegro, where only buyers who purchased the product can leave a review.

We publish all reviews, both positive and negative. We only remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal data or content unrelated to the product or the purchase. We do not pay for reviews. If a review is ever written in exchange for a free product or another benefit, it will be clearly labelled as such.
