Dla Kota ("For the Cat") is a Polish online store for cat products. We sell our two own brands – OTIS cat litter and PurryON cat food.

We make them the way we'd want to care for our own cats: simple ingredients, natural raw materials and everyday convenience for cat owners.

OTIS – plant-based tofu cat litter

OTIS is made from plant-based ingredients (soy, corn starch). It is dust-free, clumps quickly and neutralises litter box odours. Small clumped portions can be flushed down the toilet. Available in natural and lavender variants, in 6 L packs (approx. 2.5 kg). One pack lasts a single cat about a month on average.

PurryON – dry food for adult cats

A complete, grain-free food with 38% meat (chicken or herring), with added taurine (1400 mg/kg), prebiotics and yucca extract. Available in 1 kg and 3 kg packs.

Registered office: ul. Władysława Broniewskiego 3, 01-785 Warsaw – company registration and official correspondence. There is no shop or order pickup at this address.

Customer Service Office and complaints: ul. Zakopiańska 73, bud. 1, p. 96, 30-418 Kraków – home of our customer service team. You can send product complaints to this address by post.

Warehouse and returns: XBS Logistics – Magazyn Szafir, Pass 21D, 05-870 Błonie – orders ship from here and returns go back here.

Orders and delivery

We ship within Poland using the courier you choose at checkout.

Orders paid by 15:00 on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship on the next business day.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from dispatch.

You'll see the shipping cost in your cart before payment.

Returns and complaints

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason – just send us a withdrawal statement or use the return option in your customer account.

Send the product back within 14 days to our warehouse in Błonie. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

We refund the product price and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery within 14 days, using the original payment method.

We respond to complaints within 14 days.

Out-of-court dispute resolution is also available through consumer ombudsmen or the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court (see uokik.gov.pl).
